Bullet Trap System with added value

We offer bullet trap systems consisting of bullet trap boxes, bullet trap plates and bullet trap granules. Our products are ideal for riflemen and shooting sports as such. The lead dust-free Shootstop CP95 bullet trap system – on polyolefin basis – offers an extremely high technical and economic advantage.

With our Shootstop CP95 bullet trap concept, we already meet the new EU requirements for lead dust-free and fine dust-free bullet trap systems. We use self-closing polyolefin plates, which are melted by the heat of the bullet when it passes through, and which closes again when the bullet cools down. The polyolefin granulate, also available from us, catches the bullets so that they can be recycled by sieving them out from the bullet trap system (e. g. in water).

The Shootstop CP95 bullet trap system can be supplied as a system, upstream Shootstop CP95 bullet trap plates and granulate filling for standard steel containers with filling nozzles and side plate fastenings as well as cover plates.

Bullet Trap Plates made of Shootstop CP95

The 40mm thick standard front panels made of Shootstop CP95 are made in such a way that they close again when hot projectiles penetrate and that the projectiles are lightly coated with polyolefins. As a result, the granulate bed is only slightly contaminated by bullet fragments and can be cleaned by sieving after approx. 10,000 shots.

The emission-free, lead dust-free and flame-retardant bullet trap granulate Shootstop CP95 is a new development for all shooting ranges. The granulate offers a high technical and economic advantage because of its easy regeneration. Shootstop CP95 granulate is flame retardant according to DIN 4102 B1 and DIN EN 53438-2 K1, highly abrasion-resistant.
