Lead dust-free and flame-retardant Bullet Trap Granulate
We are the manufacturer of the unique Shootstop CP95 bullet trap granulate. The highly abrasion-resistant granulate is lead dust-free and flame-retardant (in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and DIN EN 53438-2 K1). The granulate is ideally suited for use in bullet trap systems for small and large calibres. The lead dust-free Shootstop CP95 bullet trap granulate safely intercepts the ammunition braked in the bullet trap system and prevents lead dust exposure for the shooter.
Bullet Trap Granules – free of lead dust
The Shootstop CP95 granules are highly abrasion-resistant and trickle to a limited extent. The grain size is relatively fine (lens size). The granulate itself and the bullet trap plates made from the same raw material are flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and DIN EN 53438-2 K1. The strength of Shootstop CP95 is approx. 70 to 80 degrees shore hardness.

The Shootstop CP95 granulate is physiologically safe and lighter than water. It has a specific gravity of 0.95. Shootstop CP95 is buoyant. No nest formation is therefore possible in the fire center.

The Shootstop CP95 bullet trap system can also be supplied as a system in combination with bullet boxes, upstream bullet trap plates and granulate filling for the standard steel boxes with filling spouts and side plate fastenings. For small-calibre fire, the 40mm plates should be used as pre-screwed bullet trap plates in front of the standard containers. For large-calibre fire, we recommend the 50mm thick bullet trap plates made of Shootstop CP95.
