Our bullet trap product portfolio includes (according to DIN 4102 B1 and DIN EN 53438-2 K1) the production of lead dust-free, flame-retardant Shootstop CP95 bullet trap granules as well as lead dust-free, flame-retardant bullet trap plates for bullet trap systems and bullet trap systems in target shooting. Shootstop CP95 bullet trap plates are manufactured in standard dimensions and can be easily integrated into the bullet trap system. We offer special sizes on request.

Combination of Bullet Trap Plates and Granulate
The Shootstop CP95 Bullet Trap System can be supplied as a system with upstream bullet trap plates and granulate filling for the standard steel boxes with filling spouts and side plate fastenings. For small-calibre fire, the 40 mm plates should be used as pre-screwed bullet trap plates in front of the standard boxes. For large-calibre fire, we recommend the 50 mm thick bullet trap plates made of Shootstop CP95.

The emission-free, lead dust-free and flame-retardant Shootstop CP95 bullet trap granulate is a new development for all shooting ranges. With regard to environmental friendliness, recycling, low levels of pollutants and low flammability, all EU shooting range requirements (private as well as official, required since 2018) are met. Shooting range experts also rate Shootstop CP95 positively and see it as an efficient solution for fulfilling the EU shooting range requirements.
Affordable Bullet Trap System
Despite the high legal requirements, Shootstop CP95 is inexpensive as granulate, plates (also made from Shootstop CP95 granulate) or as a complete system including the tank made of steel. By fulfilling the requirements in terms of the environment and emissions at low acquisition costs, Shootstop CP95 is also interesting for shooting ranges and shooting clubs. Due to the special granulate form of the Shootstop CP95 Bullet Trap Granulate, there is a high bulk density and an associated extraordinarily high absorption capacity and braking force for all bullet calibers.

No nests form on surfaces such as sand, rubber granulate, wood chips. No harmful gases are formed when the granulate is bombarded. The recycling capability avoids the production of hazardous waste. Strength approx. 70-80 degrees shore hardness and screenable, in order to sift out even the smallest calibers such as caliber 22 or to clean them for reuse in the water basin by floating the granules and sinking bullets of all kinds in a separation process.
